Inspiration

The inspiration behind our project was to revolutionize the real estate market in Chicago by leveraging blockchain technology to create a secure asset exchange platform. We aimed to address existing challenges in the industry such as lack of transparency, high transaction costs, and limited access to global investors

What it does

Our platform facilitates secure and transparent transactions for buying, selling, and investing in real estate assets in Chicago. It utilizes blockchain to ensure immutability and transparency of property records, streamline transaction processes, and enable fractional ownership through tokenization.

How we built it

We built the Secure Asset Exchange Platform using blockchain technology, NodeJS ,SQLlite , CSS, Html.
