Inspiration

We wanted to solve a problem within the sports & fitness community, by allowing players to contribute in the creation of a pickup game, without having to rely on only people you know!

What it does

This app allows a user to input their interests, and then match up into an event that they may be interested in. It will show all the pickup games being ran and input being able to join.

How we built it

We built it with a React Native and Expo Go in order to demonstrate a mock-up of our app, with full functionality.

Challenges we ran into

There was a lot of package dependency errors, but once getting the json correct, it was smooth creating.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The map feature and database implementation.

What we learned

Learned how to collaborate even more efficiently, and put forth an idea to reality.

What's next for TeamUP

Beautifying the UI even more, allowing for even more connectivity and accessibility, and then researching enterprise options.
