When thinking of childhood memories, some of the first things that come to mind for us our basic mobile games, such as 2048 and Spelling Bee. Rather than switch around between various apps and tabs, we decided to provide several of our favorite games in one place. Using CodeHS Sandbox, each member worked separately on a game of their choice using react-native. We then integrated the code at the very end. Due to the structure of this development environment, we initially found it difficult to identify errors and debug our code, but by experimenting with different mechanics, such as using "alerts" instead of console debugging, we were able to work around these constraints. Despite getting a late start, we're proud that we persisted and made a lot of progress with our games. Our interface is also fairly user-friendly and self-explanatory. If time permits, we would like to add more of our childhood games to our collection, including Minesweeper, and Sudoku.
