Users begin by providing their phone number and a private PIN, initiating the authentication process. Subsequently, an OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to the user's registered phone number for additional verification. This OTP serves as the second factor in the authentication process, enhancing security. Furthermore, we employ a unique pass-key generation mechanism on the server-side, utilizing Express.js. This pass-key, generated through encryption techniques with the combination of PIN and dynamically changing OTP, acts as the third factor in authentication, adding an extra layer of defense against malicious actors.

How we built it

We meticulously crafted Next-Gen Login using a combination of cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices. The frontend interface was developed using React.js, providing users with an intuitive and seamless authentication experience. For the backend infrastructure, we utilized Express.js, a robust Node.js framework, to handle server-side operations efficiently. To implement OTP authentication and managing Database, we integrated Google Firebase, leveraging its secure and reliable services. Our in-house team of cybersecurity experts devised the pass-key generation mechanism, employing advanced encryption algorithms to safeguard user credentials effectively.
