Inspiration

The idea of the project was inspired by the need to help my school respond to common and recurring inquiries. This will make it easier for them, reduce customer pressure, and allow them to focus their attention on more important matters

What it does

Answers customer inquiries related to the school only from a specific model such as exam dates, how to register for the school, and registration requirements, etc.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges I faced is the lack of a feature like the Assistant available in GPT that helps improve the quality and accuracy of the response, which we hope will be available soon.

Currently, I have to submit the model every time I ask a question.

What I want to add in the future is:

Voice response: This means that the system will be able to respond to questions and commands spoken in a natural voice. Direct speech via voice: This means that the system will be able to understand and respond to spoken language in real time, without the need for pre-recorded prompts or scripts. Appearance improvement: This means that the system's user interface will be improved to make it more visually appealing and user-friendly. Human intervention feature: This means that the system will be able to escalate to a human customer service representative when necessary.
