Inspiration

EnrollEase addresses a critical need in higher education by revolutionizing the enrollment process for both students and enrollment offices within CSU institutions. With the aim of enhancing student engagement, streamlining communication, and boosting enrollment targets by up to 50%, EnrollEase serves as an AI Enrollment Assistant. For community college students transitioning to universities, the lack of engagement and guidance, particularly in departments like financial aid, remains a significant challenge.

What it does

EnrollEase steps in as a comprehensive solution, providing a platform for students to interact directly with enrollment offices, access essential financial aid information, and even consume content via social media channels.

How we built it

Full Stack Web Application: React for the frontend. Backend using node.js & Langchain for LLM solutions.

Challenges we ran into

Unable to finish it on deadline. Running the ollama model locally on a low spec laptop causes lot of challenges.

Integrated chain for consumption of uploaded documents and feeding into the LLM
